Multi-Blanking

  • Our Multi-Blanking Line allows SteelCo U.S.A. to take
    a master coil of up to 30,000 lbs and slit it to multiple
    widths and then cut to various lengths

  • 14 gauge – 30 gauge, thick mild steel coil processing up to 48”
    wide coils. Blanking rates up to 100 ft / min. (30.5 m / min)
    Consistent length tolerances to + / - .030 (0.8 mm)

  • All material can be paper wrapped for maximum protection

Shearing

  • We also specialize in production shearing to precise
    tolerances and quality

  • Our shears have the capabilities of shearing mild steel and
    stainless steel, up to 10’-0’’ wide material ranging from
    30 gauge – 10 gauge

Press Brake/Bending

  • Our Press brakes department allows us to bend many shapes
    and sizes related to the roofing and HVAC industries

  • SteelCo U.S.A. has the ability to bend
    up to 14 gauge, 10’ long mild steel

Slitting

  • We offer a complete range of coil slitting services to precise specifications and tolerances

  • Material processing is available for steel coil products ranging
    from 30 gauge - 12 gauge and a max width of 60” in various
    material grades

Overhead Crane

  • Our state of the art facility has an overhead crane that allows for additional coil and sheet storage. In addition, our overhead crane
    allows SteelCo U.S.A. to better serve our loading and unloading
    of flatbed trucks

  • Crane capacity is 12-tons
